Secure Payment
Once you’ve accepted an offer, payment is made securely through Xperoc. Your money is held safely in escrow until the agreed work has been completed. This completely protects both the customer and the service provider.
Job Completion & Review
The service provider completes the work. Once you’re satisfied, confirm completion. Xperoc then releases the payment to the provider. Finally, both parties can leave reviews to help build trust within the marketplace.
Fair Dispute Resolution
Although most jobs are completed successfully, disagreements can sometimes occur. If either party believes the agreed work has not been completed correctly, a dispute can be opened before payment is released.
