Xperoc may request evidence of completion from either party before authorising payment release. Such evidence may include photographs, written confirmations, signed documents, invoices, communications records, GPS verification, and completion reports.

Section 11

Business Listings, Direct Discovery and Independent Bookings

In addition to Xperoc’s managed matching and booking services, service providers may maintain public business listings and profiles on the platform. These listings may be indexed by search engines and made discoverable through Xperoc’s marketplace, category pages, location pages, and search functionality.

Depending on a provider’s subscription level, account status, feature eligibility, or participation in premium programmes, clients and prospective clients may be able to:

  • View provider profiles, business information, photographs and portfolio content.
  • View reviews and trust indicators.
  • Submit enquiries, send messages and request quotations directly from providers.
  • Book services directly through provider profiles, independently of Xperoc’s managed matching process.

Where direct messaging functionality is available, Xperoc may process, store, monitor, analyse, review, and retain communications for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, platform improvement, legal compliance, and quality assurance purposes.

📌

Service providers are responsible for handling all client information received through their listings lawfully and in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Xperoc does not guarantee the quality, legitimacy, seriousness, financial capability, or intent of any person who contacts a provider through a public listing or profile. Providers are responsible for exercising their own commercial judgement when engaging with prospective clients.

Information submitted through public listings, enquiry forms, booking requests, reviews, profile pages, and messaging systems may be retained as part of Xperoc’s marketplace records and may be used for platform operations, trust and safety functions, dispute investigations, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Providers participating in premium, upgraded, preferred partner, or future enhanced visibility programmes may receive additional communication features, lead-generation capabilities, profile visibility benefits, or client engagement tools. The availability of such features may change from time to time at Xperoc’s sole discretion.
